Hey guys so here is the deal my gf and i are on the search for her new car. she really likes the 2010 S40 we are looking into buying it used since they seem to be good deals low miles and good price.

my question tou you guys is why are there so many S40 2010 with low miles up for sale? any known issues? i am completly new to volvo but dont get me wrong i am a car enthusiast and im on couple mazda forums hence i drive a 2010 Mazdaspeed3.

i would really appreciate with some help on deciding if the S40 is the car for her and let me know the pros and cons about it and your experiences and know issues.

They are decent cars, I guess they may used as rentals, loaners at dealers, etc. but not to sure why there is an excess.

I think they have worked out all the kinks by 2010, not a bad choice.

Yeah I have not seen too many on here, but I drive these everyday, good cars.
