Did this happen driving through a "normal" car wash, or did you pressure wash the engine compartment?
If the former, it's unusual, but it sounds like a few drops of water hit a strategic location in your computer system, and is causing all sorts of havoc. The good news is, it should dry out (here in Arizona, that might take a lot less time). ;-)
If it's the latter, you really shouldn't pressure-wash electrical components and/or connectors. They operate on very low current, so water mixed with dirt, oil and who knows what - getting into the connectors - or worse, inside the computers / modules will cause lots o' problems. If you are lucky, it'll dry out, though it might take hours / days (depending on how well any doused modules are sealed). The bad news is that dirty water inside an electronic module can disable it until it's removed and laboriously cleaned. Or sometimes, replaced.
Good luck though - hope it was just a stray drop of water that's already evaporated.
