Hi. I had a BMW and we had a very interesting site where we enterd the vehicle VIN and we could navigate through the car systems ( engine/ radiators / etc.. ) looking for the correct part number of an specific part..

Do anyone knows if such a system exists for Volvos ?

Find a program called Vadis it will give you almost every thing you ever want to know about your car.

tks a lot !! Found it and downloaded.. It seems that it needs to be "connected" to the car to give some "extra info" right ?

 

It only needs to be connected to be able to read codes.
It should do everything else with out being connected.
