Hello!
The armrest of my '07 S40 has a tear in it. I ordered, from a Volvo dealership, a replacement armrest in February 2016. As of this date (20170119), I have yet to receive the part. I stop into the dealer monthly, sometimes bi-monthly. They show me their computer ordering system with the expected delivery date (which changed more than 12 times since ordering). I want to replace the armrest with verified Volvo parts...but it's been almost 1 year! I've emailed Volvo from this link: Contact Us | Volvo Cars I've yet to hear from them.

Any suggestions or recommendations?
