Whats the breather filter do?? and how would i install that.

wouldnt the est intake just be a filter on a stick with a heat shield that doesnt even block all the heat... I used to havve a filter on a stick set up with a round straight filter instead of the cone filter.... this set up also made my CEL go off and I think it was running either to rich or to lean.... also a mechnic told me once to take my filter on a stick set up off cause it wasnt calibrated for my car.... is that even correct??
it also caused my MAF to act up at times... could that be from using a oiled filter??

Might have made your MAF act up because you over oiled it.

Yes that is what an EST intake kit is.
