I have a 2002 S 40. I want to check the cabin filter. From what I have read thus far some tears were above the gas pedal somewhere and others are above or behind the glove box and not bad to replace. Any help would be appreciated. I need to get a repair manual. I am new to this forum and hop I posted this correctly.

 

Nope. You are in luck. On the S40's before 2004.5, the filter is behind the glove box and much easier to change.
