I was going up an incline and got stuck on some ice and needed to be pushed out. After my wheels were spinning my "W" mode light was blinking but eventually went off but not my CEL. It drives and feels completely fine. Any ideas about whats going on? Or if it will eventually go away?

 

I had that happen where the arrow blinked the whole way home & even the next time I strarted it & drove to work. The time after that however it did not come on.

 

Did the CEL go off on its own?
