CEL code P0194 on a 2004 S40 2.4l

CEL code P0194 on a 2004 S40 2.4l

My local auto parts store says the code is "Fuel Rail Pressure sensor circuit Intermitten" and suggests i replace the fuel filter. Does anyone know where the fuel filter is located on a 2004 Volvo S40 w/ 2.4L?

I know on newer models there isn't a fuel filter, it's in the tank, so no idea.
