My wife has a 2011 S40 T5 and a week ago her car threw the following codes out of the blue Car is running just fine not idling rough or anything. Any ideas??

p0497 p0102 p0245 p0076 p0079 p0445 p2401 p2419

Stopped by the dealer and they acted like they couldn't help me.

Car has 106k miles and gas mileage hasn't changed

Did you try clearing all the codes to see what resets? Several of the codes point to the EVAP valve control but others point to things like the wastegate control and the MAP sensor etc - which if they were inoperative would likely impact driveability. Wondering if you have something in the EVAP valve that shorted and threw off other codes on nearby circuits.

Did the dealer have a desk person scan the codes or pull the car in for a full diagnosis (typically a one hour fee)?

 

These cars are very sensitive to fluctuations in voltage. I agree with mt6127, reset the codes and see what returns. Might have been just a hiccup.

 

If anyone else is Googling these codes as I was, the issue I had with these was a blown fuse. Check the fuse panel under your hood. It was a 15a fuse that is the ECU power supply or something.
