Check Engine Light
From what I Have read with my car taking a while to crank if it sits for a while and the gasoline smell I believe that this is the fuel poressure regulator problem correct? I bought this 2000 s40 1.9t used with 102,000 and have only put on 1000 miles since purchasing it. I called the dealership before I bought the car since it had been to the same dealership since the previous owner bought it and they said that it has always had a hard start to it but that if you turn it off it will crank automatically the first time. This sounds to me like the volvo dealer mechanics there do not know how to properly fix the problem is this the case or is it just that it is a hard crank?
