code P0705

comp threw a P0705 code today,(transmission range sensor low input), or so I was told, what does it take to change these and could this be my issue of hesitation under extreme acceleration.

There is a write up w/ pictures on here, it is a very easy job. You might also have a code for "reduced torque" as I did. Just search around a little or maybe someone Weill post the link to it.
