Condensation in Headlights

Guys evertyime it is running moderate/heavy I do have condensation in my both headlights.. Checked them and no apparent cracks, worn our rubbers, etc. Car has only 33K KM ..( aprox 21K miles).. Anyone has any tip/clue for this ?
