Default Condensation in dipstick

I recently checked my oil and found the oil to be thick and sluggish. I imediatly called my mechanic and he said bring it it. He said teh oil and coolant was ok but there was condensation in the dip stick tube. Being the holidays he suggested to wait to fix it. Is there a simple fix or what can I do for this if possible?

It is usually a result of a lot of short trips where the car never gets completely warmed up - it gets worse in the winter. Change the oil and then go have fun on the highway for 20 or 30 miles. If it is still frothy go see your mechanic.

Also change the gasket on the oil filler cap and the two o-rings on the dipstick
