Just bought used 2003 S40, when I start it up sounds like the radiator fan is running on high ALL the time. Just seems too noisy under the hood from this sound. ANy thoughts or are these cars just noisy? Also have a remote that when I press it to lock it does not activate teh alarm as far as I can tell.
