Default Engine stalls at idle while under load
My S40 1.9t will die while at idle when a/c is on and is under load.. I've done the following:

Checked all vacuum lines for leaks
Replaced idle control valve
Removed and cleaned throttle body

Any ideas?

I cleaned it with MAF cleaner but no change. Also, there are no fault codes.

Plugs are new. I need to run diagnostics and compare to the baseline specs. I was hoping for something obvious.

Checked the vacuum lines but finally got it to set a code for the throttle position sensor.
