I have a 2001 s40 1.9t and the A/C works when it wants. It acts like there is a bad connection to the power source for the A/C controls. I took it to AutoZone and ran a diagnostics on it and it read "Evaporation Emmission Leak Large Error 455". If anyone can suggest a solutions I would appreciate it.

 

Normally when its a large leak, its often the gas cap isn't on tight.

Is it low on freon.
