My wifes S40 is leaking oil at the exhaust cam. Is that afairly straight forward repair changing the belt and oil seal ,and is there anything special Ishould be aware of ? I just did my S80's timing belta month ago in the driveway so I've already had a little fun with the line. The cam sprocket seems like it is a complicated mechanism. Do I just take out the torx head and it comes right off or....? Give be the blow-by-blow. Thanks

 

It is a real pain.
I would leave it to someone that has done it many times before.

I hate doing them it will take you about 6 to 8 hours to get it done if it is the first time.
