Hi All,
Just reporting - trying my luck again![Smile](https://volvoforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I've noticed over the last year that my 2001 S40's loud Fan Clutch engages for longer and longer... even on only "warmish" days and not in traffic. I've had the thermostat and coolant sensor changed recently and the coolant flushed (due to another problem), but it did not change the behavior. Coolant temperature seems normal (about midway up the gauge). Only thing I noticed st that I think my water pump is getting a bit noisy. Might it be slowly failing? Car has about 165 000km on it. Any ideas?
Thanks!
