Angry flame trap and oil separator

hope someone can help a UK member please ,I own a 1600 S40 XS can anyone tell me where the flame trap is, if it as one UK Haynes manual says it is below the throttle linkage not sure what to look for also if this model as a oil separator again Haynes Manual says it is below the inlet manifold I cannot see anything like the pictures in said manual the reason for asking is because I have a noise and slight blow back through filler cap, none through dipstick pipe as shown on U TUBE and its driving me mad many thanks.

Check the owners manual and see what the recommended service mileage is and if you have exceeded it buy the parts and have it changed. If you can't locate the parts, you will likely need someone else to change them out.

Google the instructions and go at it. If you can't find specific instructions to your car, use the ones that are there for another model like the 850 and you'll figure out the differences.
