My v40(2002) front left indicator is on but not flashing, side left indicator and back left indicator are flashing normally. what's the possible reason?

 

Presume ably you have checked the bulb and plug in connector?

 

I'd guess the bulb. It's easy enough to check. After loosening the hold down screw make sure to pull straight forward on the housing (toward front of car). If you pull it out to the side it will break the little plastic pins that stick into the metal holes in the fender. This was learned the old fashioned way. If you break them then try JB Weld.

 

Thanks! I pulled the plug out, cleaned inside and connected at last. Now ok, seems to be loose pin connections.
