Default Front Seats

The leather seats, front, are getting very worn on my 2000 S40. Will seats from an S60 fit my car? I only have an electric seat on the driver's side.

keep in mind the SRS (air bags) are also built into the seats on some models. You may want to call a recycle yard that specializes in Volvos (such as Erie VoVo) to see if they have any experience. Worst case, you could price out some replacements out of another gen 1 S40. Other than that, you'd want to measure the rails etc.

Yeah I don't think they will. You're safest bet as stated before is to just get seats from the same model car.

the drivers seat on my Mercedes ML was very worn to the point of a hole in the side. Checked wreckers and drivers seats in good condition are near impossible to find.

I ended up getting a passenger seat and swapping skins. I left in the seat SRS sensor, but it is not used on the drivers side. A bit of work, but it looks good and the price could not be beat.
