Headlight Issue
Hello,
We own a Volvo S40 (2000 Model).
Everything has been working fine; but yesterday the headlights stopped working.
We replaced the bulbs...this didn't resolve the issue. When we checked the fuse; this seems to be OK?
Any ideas? Relay? Where is relay located in S40 for headlight?
Thanks AV

Thanks for the reply Tech...much appreciated.
I gave the car to dealer today; and identified...
- Had to replace CEM (Central Electronic Module). Including diag + labor + parts = $500
Then, dealer informed me he had to move the power-column to replace this part. When they removed the steering column, identified the clock spring is broke. This is going to cost another $250 (inc labor) to replace; & will take 2-days for part to arrive.
Hopefully nothing else breaks now!
Not sure if the clock spring was already broke - no way to know.
Thanks for the quick diagrams - this will be helpful for the future ;-)
