Have 2006 S40i. The driver's side headlight washer has a "top" or "door" on it that, when closed, matches the front bumper, and covers the washer mechanism. During use, that door came off. Have not visited the dealer yet. Car still in warranty. Has anyone heard of this happening before? Is this the type of thing that should be covered under warranty? Need info before confronting dealer.

 

It's probably just a little plastic piece that the dealer will just pop on there when you go in.
