help me out tech!
Tech, this one goes out to you, haha.
Basically I got HID bulbs, not the whole kit thingy that costs like $400, just the $50 Sylvania bulbs.
So I noticed it's whiter, but VERY short. Short enough where I have to drive with my brights at night.
Questions:
1) Is it okay to have the brights on all night (ignoring other people) for the car. Like can't it fry the wiring or something?
2) Did I put them in wrong, or do they just... suck?
3) Should I put the old ones back in?

RE: help me out tech!
If i remember correctly you have an S40?Check to make sure that when you installed the headlight bulbs the inside of the headlights didn't brake. The adjuster brackets brake alot on the S40.Carefully try to move the inner part of the headlight up and down if it moves easy they are broke.Im not sure if you can get parts to repair them yet.If you are under warranty have then replaced under warranty. The wiring might get hot from running the highbeams all the time. Also when you installed the bulbs the tab was up correct?Check those things and let me know.
