hi guys i have a problem with my flap[8D] ( ohh err misus ) no not that one ! the one on my s40 its a 97 se with aircon the problem is when the air recirculate flap is open the motor that opens and closes when pressedclicks as if a relay or something is still trying to open it when its alreay fully open, iso to stop the clicking i have to drive about with the air recirculating on eg the flap is closed .eg the button pressed on .
can anyone tell me where i can locate the relay for this motor?
also can i just leave is disconnected with the flap open, will this affect the aircon
any advice is appreciated thanks guys

Im not sure if there is a relay for it or not.
I think it is just controlled by the climate module.
If you want to look through the wiring diagram look on this site.

Also it must be the last tooth that is bad. When it gets to a certain point that is what stops the motor from going more. With that tooth missing it isn't going all the way to the point to stop the motor.
