I need a little help with identifying the correct placement of the timing marks.

Can someone tell me where the cam and crank marks align.



First lets start with the crank. I believe the tab indicated by the orange arrow is supposed to be aligned with one of the boses (green arrows). If this is correct, can someone confirm which one is correct?





Now for the cams. I believe the timing marks are the two indentions indicated by the red arrow. If this is the case, where should they be rotated to / aligned against?










In this photo I rotated the engine a little so that both intake and exh marks are visible with the plastic cover in place. They don't seem to line up with the nothes in it.

 

Okay, I think I have it figured out. The tab on the crank gets alligned with the first boss on the left.

 

And I was finally able to see the tiny marks on the cam gears, which I've painted over below. These (one per gear) align with the notches in the plastic cover.

 

That crank boss on the left should have a tiny little extra bit higher than the boss. Like this pic:
