ignition problem
My 2002 Volvo. Key will not turn car on. Will not turn all the way to start. The man working on another issue did not have it all the way in park. He took ignition apart. Now I have to turn on key, the use a screwdriver to turn the unattached ignition switch? I'm not sure what part I need. When he puts it back together it still won't turn, so it's hanging down. Help me someone please!! Not only does it look horrible, I don't think it's safe.
