Interior Air Filter Location
Hey all, I had a completely ignorant realization today. My interior air filter has never been changed in my '01 S40. It has been smelling musty for a while and I just now realized what the problem is. Where is the air filter located so I can change it? It's location is not given in the Owners manual.
Thanks.
Thanks.
the name is POLLEN FILTER
Remove the Carpeted looking lower dash panel in the Passenger side.
Then look under there for a Black plastic box. The pollen filter cover is a long skinny cover that goes from front to back.(More like the Firewall towards the seat)
There is a tab to push in and then you fold the cover down and pull it out.
Then the filter will slide out.
