I was replacing the cabin air filter on my girlfriend's 2007 Volvo S60, following these instructions: Cabin air filter replacement- Volvo S60 - YouTube. I unscrewed the two T25 Torx screws holding the passenger footwell plastic underpanel/kickpanel in place, then went to pull it off starting near the door. I made sure to pull steadily and evenly, but it wouldn't budge. Eventually it popped off, but of course the tab stayed in place, so the tab's now broken off.

The part number appears to be 09164894-01, however I can't find it on any of the online Volvo parts stores. Do you know where I might be able to locate this interior plastic trim piece? Thanks!
