Default Interior ventilation system control issue

I can only get cold air (when AC is turn on) to come out of the driver side. Passenger side blows at what feels like ambient temperature regardless of what the passenger zone (or the driver's for that matter) target temp is set to. I am thinking I either have a bad temp sensor somewhere inside the car, vent actuator(s) are stuck/bust, wiring got disconnected, or the whatever the computer controlling them is fried. My questions are:

1) How many temp sensors are there in the car and where are they (if anyone can point me to a diagram that would be great)?
2) Where are the zone actuators? How many? Do I have pull the dash out more or less to get to them?
3) Where is the controller?

I search put could not find answers.

Car is 2008 V50 T5 with dual zone temp controls; posting here because I am assuming the ventilation system is identical and more traffic here.
