Good day everyone. So im in need of another key for my volvo apparently the ones that i have got wet and when i press the unlock button the alarm goes off the trunk and luck works properly so i was looking on ebay to save a coue of bucks but i read somewhere that most of the time you need a code to program it and most of the sellers do not have these codes. Any idea if they would work or should i nust go to the dealer and pay the 200s ? Thanks everyone

 

I do not believe you can reprogram a used fob - only new ones. Software must be downloaded through VIDA.

There are independents that also have the VIDA program - you might check around
