[8D] I have just changed the battery of my original key entry remote, as well as, purchased another remote (from eBay) and I cannot seem to get either device to work. Does one have to re-program the recmote device after a battery change? Is there a source (other than the dealer) for the codes/or instruction on how to reprogram the key entry remote? Can anyone HELP ME?????!!!!!!

It should not be necessary to re-programme the remote after a battery change. However, a replacementdevice must be programmed by someone with Volvo diagnostic equipment i.e. a dealer.

You need to take both devices to have them programmed together. A maximum of 6 devices can be done for each car.
