Hello i have 2008 volvo s40. We have had the control arm, tie rod ends, sway bar link, and strut. the steering is loose and tire is squealing when going over 25 mph please help

 

1. check the steering rack to make sure there's no broken mounts.
2. check rear suspension as well - any tell tale tire wear?
3. check wheels for play - do with one wheel up at a time, then with both..
4. was the alignment done after replacing the control arms and tie rods? I also assume the ball joints were part of the replacement controls arms?
