losing outer-rear and front running lamps

no voltage to front parking lamps, also no voltage to outer taillamps. grounds are secure... all fuses check ok...bulbs are good... inner taillamps and all 4 side-marker lamps work fine.

Severed wires may be? With a test light/digital multimeter, trace the wires the best you can. Or a faulty light switch?
