Default Low beam not working, passenger side

I have a 2001 s40 and the passenger side low beam head light is not working. Changed the bulb, checked the fuse under the hood but still not working. Any ideas? Is there another fuse or relay that I am missing?

Make sure a wire didn't back out of the plug.

Do you have power to the wiring?

NO but if you have no power look under the dash by the fuse box. There is wiring the messes up sometimes and causes the lights to not work. I will have to try to find out the wire colors.

Each low beam is controlled independently by the ECU for the bulb out indicator - It is possible that something is wrong with it. you may be in for a trip to the dealer for their OBDII reader

The bulb out indicator is not connected to the headlights on the S40.

There is a plug under the dash that has problems.
