MAF sensor harness - which wire is what?
Engine code: B4184S2
The Haynes manual isn't of much help. Wiring diagram shows a MAF contact with three wires. My engine has five.
Wiring diagrams I've come across on the web shows five wires but the color codes do not match my engine.
Mine has these color codes:
#RED/BLACK (+5 volts)
#PINK/BLACK (voltage varies with RPM, probably ouput to ECM)
#YELLOW/BLACK
#RED/BLACK (heavy gauge)
#ORANGE/GREEN
Non of the others have proper continuity to ground so I'm having difficulty establishing which wire is the ground wire. Would be nice to know since diagnostics should always start with checking wether the MAF sensor is properly grounded or not.
