Had my oil changed today with mobile one ep. Says it lasts 7500 miles. Will let you know how it works.

Volvo reccomends the oil changed every 7,500 whether it is synthetic or regular.

I always change mine at 3000 miles. I think the oil looks too dirty at 7500.

Not a bad idea.I like changing it at 3,000 as well to be safe.
