When you see wholesale problems across many systems, always go back to what's common. My guess is that you lost your alternator, and that you're seeing the results of your car's computers trying to operate with far less than "normal" voltage. You'll know this is the case if you try to start the car and you just get a click or a very, very slow spin on the starter / engine. A voltmeter will reveal the source of the problem quickly (which is why everyone should have one in their car, and learn how to do very basic tests). The problem isn't necessarily the alternator itself, but could be sense voltage supplied to the alternator, a bad ground, or an open connection from the alternator to the battery.
