Hi guys,

I have a 2000 Volvo S40 (turbo) and I am getting a P0102 code. Being that the care is new to me, I do not see any noticeable performance issues. The only indicator is that the car takes 2-3 seconds to crank normally which isn't normal.

I got it scanned, and the guy gave me a receipt with everything it could be, and I am hoping you all can help be hash it down to a few possibilities.

maf sensor low volts. i have read that a stuck close iac will cause this it is on the throttle body pry it open with a screw driver if it is stuck close and clean and lube it. but these guys had an idle problem. or you should check that the maf is getting good power and grounds.
