As I come to complete stop..sometimes I lose all power to engine and all gauge lights come on... if I turn it off and turn it back on all is okay... it happens a few times a week.

 

sounds like a relay is sticking (possibly inside the CEM?), a wiring/connector issue or you have a faulty connection in the ignition switch that periodically open circuits. Best to have some diagnostics done by a pro before you get stuck in a dangerous situation.

 

Agree Get a proper diagnostic done as the fault should be there even if it does not happen when you test , without that it could be many things, I would not attempt it with my simple scanner , you may be lucky in replacing a bad connection etc , in these cases I first check all connectors to look for corrosion , never worked for me in all the years exept for a bad earth but then everything is dead , which is not your case
