So I bought my use s40 this morning and while driving it back home, noticed that the "REMOTE BATTERY LOW VOLTAGE" message appeared on the display. When I got home, I happened to have the same type of battery (type CR 2032, 3 V) but when I replaced the battery, the car would not lock or unlock, and when I put the old battery in, it would lock and unlock. I sadly don't have a spare for the car but might just pick one up soon.
Any suggestions?
