New turbo noise
Just finished replacing the turbo and not sure what is wrong. Sometimes the turbo is working great, car has excellent acceleration and no noise. Other times the car hesitates and it sounds like turbine blades might be rubbing inside turbo. When I installed I rotated turbine blades to make sure that it spun freely. I removed fuel pump fuse and disconnected fuel injectors and turned car over to make sure oil coming out of oil supply line.
The new one is acting exactly like the old one I removed so probably the old one was ok after all. Just wondering what could be causing the issue. Maybe something vacuum related? maybe oil supply isn't adequate? Thanks ahead of time for any help on this one.

Just read that if turbine blade was rubbing that it would sound like a dentists drill due to spinning at such high speed. That is definitely not the sound I'm hearing. I'll try and get a recording of the sound and post it
