i have done a tonnnn of searching and it seems to me that there is no chip that will directly work with the 1.9t? some one please tell me if im wrong but i cant seem to find one,

or anothing idea is to get the 14t turbo off of the 2.0t, but then agian how do i get a chip to tune the bigger turbo, cant find that either?

1. I know the 1.9T is an s40 model Volvo. However that doesn't give me a indication of the model year. So what year is your s40?

2. Just adding a bigger turbo will not increase your performance. You will just be running the same amount of boost, just through a bigger turbo.

3. Where have you searched for ECU upgrades? Viva Performance, IPD USA, EuroSportTuning, SpeedTuning USA, Upsolute, Inmotion. You might be in the group that uses what is called a softloader and or a PPC unit. IPD USA, RICA and BSR all have a system like this now.

4. To tune for a bigger turbo you can either have an ECU upgrade done either by finding one basically off the shelf like or having a local tuner possibly custom tuning something for you. Or if your not ME7 you could use a MBC (Manual Boost Controller), this depends on what year your s40 is though. Also if you upgrade your turbo you should upgrade your exhaust system, especially the downpipe not to mention the catback system too.
