No Spark cylinder 1.

No Spark cylinder 1.
2001 s40 1.9l turbo
My aunts car has a misfire in cylinder 1. I replaced the spark plug as the one in there was very worn. Still no spark when I ground it against the engine. Cylinder 4 has good spark. I have swapped the 2/3 coil for the 1/4 and still no change. Also snapped 1 and 2 coil pack.
If one coil pack feeds 2 cylinders then why do I have spark on 4 but not 1. Wiring must be good? Next thought would be an ecm issue. Just wondering if you guys have had this issue.
