i heard some "rubbing" like sound when i turn the wheels all the way to the right, so i took them off and this is what i found!

seems steering wheel fluid leak!

continuing my previous post about the rotors and pads, i think the rotor's condition is terrible!

also, are they 300mm or 320mm?

 

That rotor looks OK, they're not always pretty. The rust is not on the friction surface.
You can measure it with a tape measure.
Looks like some leakage from the CV joint and some heavier drive shaft seal leakage.

and the oil color is reddish...so it gotta be the steering fluid

 

The fluid is coming from the transmission. The ATF is red.
Take the car to your favorite shop to have this confirmed and have the seals replaced.
They can check that CV joint as well.
