Default Oil in Spark Plug Cylinder #3

I am really hoping somebody can help me here---I'm really confused on the issue going on---

I have a 2000 Volvo S40 1.9L Turbo ---check engine light came on and the code was P0300, misfire code...I didn't get an exact read of where the misfire was becaise I don't believe it gave a P030X code

I replaced the spark plugs and everything was fine in the others but found that the 3rd cylinder was filled with oil above the plug...

I have read online every type of diagnosis but need to know exactly what could be causing all this to get oil in this cylinder...how can i fix this the best and easiest way?
I also heard that Volvo doesn't use a valve cover gasket but a sealant and i don't want to mess anything up getting in there (valve cover, cam shaft, etc)
PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY INFO YOU MIGHT HAVE!!
Thanks so much !

This one I haven't heard anyone complain about before yours. It sounds like an easy fix but who knows? Anyone had the valve cover off? Are the spark plug tubes connected to the valve cover? How are they sealed?

Yeah, this happens in a lot of DOHC Nissan engines. The spark plug tube seal fails, and you get oil in there. It SHOULD be straightforward to remove the cam cover and replace the seals or sealant.
