Ok I made a rookie mistake.... BTW I am a noob to here.
2001 S-40 I took the VVT pulley off W/O marking the position. How in the world am I going to be able to reinstall without getting the cam timing off. I am at your mercy here. PLEASE HELP ME............

As long as all went as it is supposed to when you took the pulley off it locked in the proper position.
You will need to make a tool like in this post. That will lock the backside of the cams.

Once the cams are locked then you can put the pulley back on and line the timing mark up where it should be then tighten the center bolt to 90Nm then install the cap for the center and torque to 35Nm. Make sure the pulley is locked into position. If it is then you should be fine with it all done.
If you removed the Non VVT pulley then the screws get torqued to 20Nm
