P0118 error code on CEL

P0118 error code on CEL
I have recently go te P0118 code on my check engine light for my
2002 Volvo s40.
The fan does run after I shut off the engine, especially if I have driven many miles.
So does i need to repalce something?
Any help appreciated.

Replace coolant temperature sensor
Is there only one or more than one? Where can I order it and get a good price.
Do you know what the part number is for it on a 2002 Volvo s40?
