Hey y'all, have question. I have an '01 S40 (Silver) w/ the black bodyside mouldings and would like to (if sensible) acheive the monochromatic look of the late '03/'04 models. I'd like to paint the mouldings myself but am unsure how to go about removing them first. I have been told by the parts manager at my dealer that they are not hard to remove but that the clips holding them break easily. I also worry that these may eventually chip once painted and look horrible. any suggestions or anyone who has painted their mouldings lemme know! (I appologize in advance if this type of post has been done before! People get a little annoyed it seems.)
