Plans for making a s40 towbar

Does anyone know where I can get plans for making a tow bar to fit a 2002 S40?

go to the e-trailer.com web site and see their picture of the Curt C11822 hitch. Looks pretty straight forward assuming you have welding skills and some steel sitting around.
